For most events you will be offered the choice between having your tickets posted or held for collection; please see below for specific details.
There is usually an additional cost for having your tickets mailed to you.
We currently charge £1 for regular post and £6.50 for Registered Post.
Some event promoters will not send tickets by regular post and so you will be given the option to pay for Registered Post (available to addresses within the United Kingdom only).
If you do not pay the additional cost for posting, or you are booking for events which happen within 7 days, your tickets will automatically be held for collection. Tickets for collection will be held at The Hub, Royal Mile, Edinburgh EH1 2NE unless otherwise advised and will usually be available as soon as your online credit or debit card transaction has been confirmed. Full details will be provided on your Booking Confirmation Email.
Please bring your credit or debit card with you when collecting your tickets
Tickets may only be collected by the cardholder on production of the relevant payment card. Please also have your order number available when you collect your tickets. This is shown on the Booking Confirmation Email which will be sent to you when your order is submitted.
